Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia strengthens and tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, emotions and spirit.

Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes – body, mind, emotion, and spirit.

Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

Monday Night Dance Party, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Remember those nights going out dancing with friends and nothing felt better? Simple steps, kickin’ music and a welcoming community will have you feeling free and working up a sweat as you tone and condition your body.  Open to all levels.

saturday morning dance workout, 11:15 am - noon

Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, the Nia Technique tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice. Improve endurance, strengthen muscles, facilitate weight loss and increase grace and flexibility. Open to all levels.
