“Two Roads diverged in a wood, and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.”
About Amy Warshawsky
Leadership Coach | Mentor Coach | Author | Speaker | Educator | Somatic Expert
With over 25 years of cross-industry experience, I bring a multidisciplinary approach to coaching that blends strategic insight with embodied presence. My work is grounded in the belief that leadership begins with self-awareness—and that growth is most powerful when it integrates both the mind and the body.
My Journey
My career began in marketing, public relations, and major event planning — work that sharpened my ability to manage complexity, communicate clearly and lead under pressure. Along the way, I became deeply curious about how people navigate change, build confidence and stay connected to purpose in demanding environments.
That curiosity led me into the field of coaching, where I’ve now worked with hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations— from Fortune 500 companies to emerging leaders, seasoned executive, and certified coaches pursuing mastery.
Areas of Specialty
Leadership Development
Executive Presence & Personal Branding
Conflict Resolution & Communication
Mindfulness & Somatic Intelligence
Mentor Coaching for ICF and NBHWC Credentialing
In addition to traditional coaching and neuroscience-based tools, I integrate movement, mindfulness and somatic awareness— supporting clients to build confidence, resilience and presence from the inside out.
